Pashli undertake huge renovation work in the School and Orphanage for children with speech problems in Vilejka, Belarus. Since we began in 2005 we have vastly improved both the living blocks and the classrooms in the school. This video shows some of the work which has been completed and also some of the rooms which we intend to renovate in the near future. | Pashli work very closely with an Elderly People's Home in Kurenets, Belarus, renovating their facilities as well as showing them love on our trips. Between fifty and sixty elderly people live in the home, full time, they are without a doubt the forgotten ones in their society. This video shows our renovation works as well as a special Christmas shoebox distribution which we started in 2008. | Every Christmas we run a Christmas camp in Nadeshda, Belarus for children from the orphanage in Vilejka and disadvantaged families in the area. We believe that this week long camp is a holiday of a lifetime for the children who while having fun, interact with adults, helping with their progression through childhood. This video shows how important the camp is to the children who attend. |

These are just three of the wonderful children who Pashli have worked with in Belarus.
Since 2005 we have encountered many children, children who have many different backgrounds, many different stories to tell. There is one thing which all of these children have in common, an open heart.
Surprisingly, in some cases, most of the children we have met in Belarus are open to the love which we try to share with them. With some it takes longer than others which is understandable but so far we have been delighted with the response from the children of Belarus to our Irish teams.
